Students in Ms. Blake's math class created story problems related to Metric units of measurement. We've been learning about: pico, micro, milli, centi, deci, deca, hecto, kilo, and giga units of measure for: liters, meters, grams, seconds, and bytes. Students are really interested in the base-10 system and created story problems for you! We also used iChat to discuss the Metric System with classrooms all over the world and learned about its use globally. Please enjoy!
